when dealing with mentally ill people who have a known documented history of mental illness, and are stopped for tress-passing of some other non-violent, or situations where no person or property was injured..... why arrest them -vs- baker-acting?

You may only baker act when specific elements are met the person must actively be a danger to themselves or others. Police ask 6 questions to determine if you are suicidal or homicidal. If you answer the questions clearly or not doesn't matter you must show or verbalize intent to injure yourself or others propert damage is not enough if you are clear of mind to indicate you do not intend physical any harm.

My son is dead because the Judge for Marchman Act,as well as Dacco and Acts wanting him mentally stableized b4they would take him.If the Judge did his job he would have granted my request put him back in jail to wait for a rehab bed that deals with co-occurring disorders(which is exactly what Dacco n Acts do, fortunately I'm living proof can't say the same fory son.My son would still still
