First time I spoke to Jen we talked about what would be needed for a wheelchair. She seemed a bit annoyed at first but the more we talked the easier the conversation went. Fast forward to a few days later (today) my doctor submitted a prescription for a wheelchair. Jen called me with the most annoyed tone I’ve ever heard. When I asked a couple questions she kept sighing as if speaking to me was a chore. The company were unable to fulfill the the request via my insurance and I totally understand that. An already frustrating situation became more irritating with her sighing and pausing for a long time before answering. To the point that I had to say “hello?” a couple times because I thought no one was on the line.
