Never can get through. I have been calling every Monday for 4 months and 1 can't get through and when I do after calling 50 times then they say they can't help and that they are full and to call back Monday😏. But the biggest thing is can't get through. Line busy

I’ll give ZERO stars if I could . They are NO help. I’m a mother of 3, been asking for help for MONTHS. NO LUCK. They told me to call every other Monday , I just called this Monday at 7:58, 7:59 , they was still saying closed & at 8:00 . All of a sudden they wasn’t accepting calls “due to high call volume”. It’s basically a race !! The lady literally told me “it’s like playing the lotto, you got to be lucky “ guess I’m not lucky enough . You CANT go in to schedule , it’s all over the phone . Either they need more employees or more phones cause this is really sad. It’s hard. So good luck

It’s very upsetting when a person is in need of help and this is the last resource to turn to and no one answers the phone. the fact that I was able to speak with a rep last week on a weekday at around 12pm and was told to call back on a Monday because funding would be available , when Monday comes NO ONE answers the phone and I call at 8:00am sharp! why do you all even work there if no one answers the phone and the automated system tells me you all are busy and to call back and still not available!!

What is the purpose of this community center? I walked in to get simple information and got nothing. I did however wait in the lobby for an hour hoping to be assisted. When I walked in the receptionist was so busy on her phone she didn’t even notice me standing there. When I greeted her and began to ask for assistance she looked at me like I was crazy and told me to sign in. I have to sign in and wait for over an hour just to see if you have information that may or may not help me? Waste of government funding in my opinion. Maybe others have had better experiences.
