Truck comes out on scheduled collection day to my neighborhood and skips a whole side of the street. Several of us call and nobody comes back out to finish the job (although we were told they would) I have had a few neighbors, including myself have pur cans skipped for no good reason. Why have a link on the website to report skipped trash if nothing is ever done about it? We are paying for services!! But have to sit with a week worth of trash in our house becuase our bins are full.

Lousy services waste management does not help call for trash can fixing tells leave can by curb but may not show up for 3 weeks or more who’s leaving can that long at curb how you getting trash down there with broken can lawn materials don’t pickup half the time call won’t let you talk to someone in charge just not right

Called multiple times for help with a work order that was not fulfilled. Each call I was on hold for 10 minutes, 15, minutes, 30 minutes. Each time my call was disconnected, never got a representative on the phone. It's beyond ridiculous.
