Highly disappointed in our experience today. We test drove a 2022 Macan and were in negotiations with Eric to purchase when Donovan sold the car to a couple who arrived 30 minutes after us and test drove after us. We weren't even asked if we'd like to make a deposit or afforded the opportunity. This was extremely rude. Luckily for us we were treated 1,000 times better at BMW next door and purchased a 2023 hybrid SUV that was $20K more than the Porsche.

This is the first time I went to this location. I am from Canada. I have to say the service this location exemplified was outstanding. The service advise Mr. Bill Smith was superb to say the least. They heard my concerns, got my vehicle in within days, and completed what was wrong with my car in a timely fashion. They had a technician pick me up in Valrico, FL to take me back to the dealer to pick up my vehicle. I quickly signed the paperwork and got into my car within 2 minutes. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Porsche Tampa.

I just purchased a CPO 2016 Porsche Cayman Black Edition from Porsche Tampa. My sales representative (Scott) was very help through the process. Scott emailed me pics, videos and answered all of my questions. I bought the car from out of state so I relied on Scott for an accurate description of the car. When I arrived to pick up my car, it exceeded my expectations!! The car was like new inside & out and drives like a new car. Porsche Tampa does owe me 1 key, so I will follow up on that "I owe you" later, but for now, I am very happy with my purchase!

I purchased a used car, and the process was slow and frustrating. They did things on their schedule and it took them 2 weeks to prep the car and deliver it. It's almost as though they didn't really want to sell it. As a previous review stated, there was no paper work on delivery. I contacted the sales person and was informed it was in the glovebox (it wasn't) and then they said it would be sent via UPS (it wasn't). After inquiring at least 3 times, they emailed the documents. Sales person Eric, said he would include information showing what was done to the car to prepare it for sale so that I would have a record of service and I still do not have it and I am frankly tired of asking. After the initial test drive, I was informed it would be detailed and if it was, it was a terrible job. I had to clean the floor mats as they were stained. Love the car but not this dealership.

Probably around $700. They have to drop the engine.

Call the dealer !
If your not selling it to a dealer than consider one of the websites dedicated to car sales. The site bring a trailer is geared toward classics whereas craigslist is for cheaper stuff. All of the others fall in between.
If you have your vehicle in for service they can provide a rental.
