They dont repair sub floors and yes u need to repair the subfloor before installing any floor over it
I had floating floor removed and carpet installed. After the installers got here I was told I was supposed to remove floating floor so they charged me extra after I had financed my carpet. Just make sure you have everything in writing...
I don't believe they do that.
