Sorry to hear that, I have been using Dr Edward's for almost 2 years now and have never had any problems with her or the staff!
Love Edwards however staff are almost always short, borderline rude and unwilling to help. Looking to move to another facility in this system. Any recommendations?
I'm sorry you had a bad experience Katrina Brandt. It is always my intention to provide excellent service to all my patients. My messages are filtered through the nursing staff and answered accordingly. I will speak with the staff about being more prompt with responding
