This is a review of the service department only; not the sales side. I had bought my car elsewhere. I got my new car's first routine maintenance service performed here. Everyone was professional and polite. I scheduled an appointment and waited for the work to be done. The work was done quickly; the waiting area was comfortable and clean. Monica is really nice.

They told us the vehicle that we came back for was sold when it was in the back getting washed. They had 2 days to prep the vehicle for the sale but waited till the last minute to wash it? I had this scheduled per it took and hour for the new owner to drive up and buy it. They don't seem to value anyone's time except their own. There were many of other issues. They had the exact vehicle we wanted but we drove an hour away to another dealership that actually valued you as a customer. You would figure, when a buyer is coming with cash, they wouldn't play games and waste your time. This was my first experience with them and will be the absolute last. There a ton of Toyota dealerships that will sell you a vehicle and treat you decently while not extremely wasting your time.
