I want to thank the guys at Firkins!! Matt was training a new salesman Brandon, and let me just say what a great job they did. I was looking at 3 vehicles, well as you know by the time I was able to get there all 3 sold. There was a few that were out of our reach but Matt, Brandon, and Craig were able to put us in one!! When my van started sounding funky and feeling sluggish, i called Joe Murray over at Firkins. He has always done an awesome job handling whatever services my van needed. Had it towed into the dealer for service where Joe had Billy take over overseeing the repairs. Bad news ~ it was the transmission. Something came apart, metal shavings in the fluid, something about the torque converter.....nearly $5,000 of problems. Billy was very understanding, sympathetic and helpful. He kept in touch with me while handling the service contract and repairs. Once approved by the adjuster, they rebuilt the transmission. When they test-drove the van they found that the new torque converter was defective and ended up doing the whole job over again. Things took a lot longer than expected waiting on the adjuster and parts (twice). I got my van back in tip-top condition and it drives great, now! I highly recommend Firkins for their excellent sales and service!

When it comes to Manufacturer Recalls, You need to take your vehicle to a Dealership that sells that brand. For example if you have a recall on your Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram vehicle, you can contact our service department or any other Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership to schedule and appointment for that recall to be completed. If you purchased a Ford, you would need to take that vehicle to a Ford dealer to have the recall completed.
