Our 2011 Allegro Bus went into Limp mode (idle speed only) on I 275. After calling every diesel mechanic I could find in the area, Ann at South Florida Mobil Mechanic was the only one to commit to having someone look at it that day. Within a couple hours, Nelson determined the DEF pump was bad. Problem was there were none to be found, back ordered from the manufacturer for at least two weeks. We found a nearby campground to have the bus towed to while we waited for the part. The day the part finally arrived, Nelson came to the campground after lunch and we were out for a successful test drive well before quitting time. I was truly surprised when I got the bill, I expected this level of service would be far more expensive.
