Why don't the nursing staff where their badges so the names can be read .Why doesn't mainly the one day nurse put in for Dr order when patient ask.why can't patients get their sheets changed at least once a month

Nurses do where their badges. CNAs sometimes put them in their pockets when they have to do a shower or do care to a pt. Night nurses do put orders and call MD if is Emergency If is not emergency I dont see the point to call a Dr. 11pm to 7 am. Sheets are change almost in a daily basis. I do not know who told you monthly that unrealistic taking in mind many of the patients are incontinent or make a mess in ther bed with juice or / and Food. I been a nurse for a year. The good question is why you dont call corporate to ask for more staff. We are good employees but 3 CNAs for 46 residents or Two nurse for 46 pts is kind of hard for us.
