I recently toured this facility and this place is one of the cleanest nursing homes I have visited. The staff were kind and caring. I would strongly suggest Consulate Health Care of Winter Haven to my friends and family.

How is a patient with a nursing home 3.5 years and when the person is called home they dont know how to answer the questions ask by family members why was my dad left with a kidney infection until the kidneys finally shut down ! What a sorry place for a loved one to go ! So after hand delivering the POA they said they never haf I am now told since my father has passed that page 7 is no good this place is a ducking joke next step aqua and state of fl and DCF

My spouse was in need for some rehab , I toured multiple facilities before I stopped in at Consulate Of Winter Haven to tour and that was my last stop. The moment I walked in the receptionist was so friendly, such a beautiful soul! I knew this was the right choice. I toured with the Admissions coordinator Tiffany and she was marvelous, while on tour the facility was clean, smelled fresh and beautiful. Upon his admission we were greeted by staff and the Nurses are aces!! Therapy was so motivating when he was discouraged and they worked so amazing and quick to regain his strength to return home. The food was outstanding, he did not even want to eat before coming after disliking the hospital food so much. The Nurses aids were all angels and attentive, the permanent day shift aid Tina and Nurse Pam made our experience comfortable. Charmaine the discharge planner is right where she needs to be, she is on top of her job and knows how to get things done!! If we ever have any needs for rehab we will absolutely return to Consulate Health Care of Winter Haven!
