We moved our dad a month ago into Assisted Living. We have had a long relationship (more than a year) with the Director of Sales, who connected with us and kept up the connection until Dad was ready to move. During our multiple tours (some unannounced so they couldn't be staged), we saw happy residents who have purpose in their every step. We heard and met engaged and friendly staff - clearly a tight-knit community. Most employees have been at LHH over 10 years, which tells you something positive right there. Dad went from being isolated to socialized and gets regular exercise and a healthy diet.

I am j the building at least once a week and it is always so clean, the residents are happy, and the staff are attentive. Beautiful place

You can tell that the management team and staff at Lake Howard Heights really put their heart and soul into their work. They really go above and beyond for their residents. Top notch community!!
