Very clean and nice yards with a front gate. Two pools 1 is heated everyone seems very nice I love the way they have it layed out, 1 pool at 1 side of the park and 1 at the other side of the park.

Very impressive 55+ community. Clean. Well spaced. Reasonable lot rent. 2 clubhouses and pools. Been looking at reasonably priced communities for 2 years so far. This one moved to the top of the list.

Quiet lot rent not bad lots of new homes going in and relatively safe place to live compared to other places in the area

That's because it depends where your at some are more than others mine is 388.56 and will go up in Jan all do everywhere.this is a first class park.anywher in Florida they go up if you can't afford the rent you need to look elsewhere
