I don't know, I work for the fire department that covers that neighborhood and I'll tell you that it's very nice, well kept and has a great clubhouse and golf course.
Monthly lease (rent) for lot, fire tax annually, and starting in April monthly water bills (in excess of 5,000 gallons) lot rent varies depending on the location or size, which can run from $400 + to $700 + per month. Outside Storage is available for $42 a month and boat slips at $69
No monthly fee. Home owners only. And that is a 6 months fee.
