Beautiful furniture store, didn't have what I was looking for, but was offered ordering, no one has a thin sofa table in cream, but definitely return if I needed furniture, prices were fair and great styles. A very nice women helps us, she could not have been nicer.

Very Disappointed...I ordered a LazyBoy chair in January, 2021. It was a "special order" because of the fabric color. There was a different color on the sales floor, but I wanted something darker. Was told the factory was behind and was told it would be in June before delivery. I should have just walked away then. BE AWARE...."special orders" cannot be cancelled, and deposit in not refundable, once order is placed. A RED FLAG should have gone up then, but I ordered it anyway. Now, it's June and I am told it is now delayed until July !! I understand this is from the factory, but BROOKS should make an exception to the cancellation rule. I wish I had never bought this from BROOKS and went to a store that had what I wanted in stock....lesson learned. Now I am stuck with this. BROOKS should at least offer FREE delivery for all this long time delay. DO NOT BUY FROM BROOKS !!!

Great staff. Very helpful! Took great care of my parents when buying a recliner! Would definitely recommend this place, and it's been here for a long time, so help out the little businesses locally!
