Multiple occasions over paid and doesn’t arrive on time. Last time sent a birthday gift from ups store and on the same day sent from usps, usps arrived when promised, ups store still hasn’t arrived, and paid almost double the price.Save your money, go down the street to the post office, cheaper and, can’t believe I’m saying this, faster! But the staff is wonderful—UPS sucks!

I just want to thank UPS employee, Jesse. If it wasn’t for him , this store would have been at a stand still. Jesse maintained a friendly attitude, and excellent customer service while getting little to no coworker support. Jesse was able to answer the phone, print copies, and ring up the service all at the same time. And thanked us for coming in, and wished us a Happy Holiday!! I would hire home to work for me any day! I hope he is recognized for his outstanding service to UPS.

Hi Patti, We do rent PO boxes, they give you a physical address though and not just a PO box. You can receive mail and any packages from any carrier as well. If you have any other questions please give us a call. 760-324-8184 Thank you,
