this place is the shits..the manager is a real a hole renting to all his homie's to move in like apt.K240 a family of 5 kids and adults in a 2 bedroom unit, and others are upset about the B.S. they pull and with there drugs and beer and smoking all the time there. and then they try to screw the tenants that moved out a B.S. fee and cleaning fee
