Nothing paved but the dirt trail is wide and people use mountain bikes there all the time.
Isn't really bike trail,but many people bike there.
There are a few points deep in the cuts where the path gets narrow but I've even crossed traffic against people on horses and didn't have problems, so a bike would be fine.
