How can a homeless person on ssi apply for these apartments(el segundo blvd apts

You have to go through a organization!! My wife and i were homeless and they found us in a tent by MacArthur park and put us in a shelter until they got us Houseing!! We stayed in the shelter for a year until we got a call from these apartments here and we signed the lease and been here ever since..we been here for 8 months..We are the first people in these new apartments..

So do they have any opening
