There are two hotels directly across the street from the ballpark, but they are pricey also one half a block away but as i said all are pricey, i just looked closer at your question now do you want a hotel or a motel cause there's a difference
I stayed with a friend on Broadway. I think I saw a Motel 8 not too far from the park.
We actually stayed at an Air BnB. I wouldn't be able to tell you. Sorry
