Leticia does amazing work, and she’s a wonderful person to talk to. I was very nervous (I haven’t been out much since COVID), but she put me at ease right away. And she’s got a great eye for style. My request was an odd one, and probably atypical, but she approached the challenge thoughtfully and I am THRILLED with the results.

Alain (owner) is the best! Been going to him for 6 plus years. Took me years to find a hairstylist that worked well with my thick Asian hair. He takes great care to layer and style my hair and most of all listens and remembers what I like. The salon being walkable in SOMA is a major plus too. Love to support local businesses!

This place is amazing! The staff are extremely considerate of your opinions and listen carefully to what you would like done to your hair. They are very talented and worth the prices they ask, they go above.l and beyond to make you feel comfortable, including offering your choice of coffee, wine, or water. Snacks if your feeling peckish are also available, and the bathrooms are spotless and decorated with a lightly scented aromatherapy device. They fixed my hair without a problem and made sure I left feeling beautiful.

Just got a fun textured lob (long bob) by Nina! She is amazing and did a great job. I volunteered as a hair model for a class they were doing with their staff and it was a great experience. All the stylists had an amazing end product!Super impressed by the timeliness, cleanliness, and general good vibes. I will definitely refer friends to Nina and be back again.Ernesto taught the hair class and seems pretty amazing as well. He assisted in taking some weight out of my hair and was so precise with the scissors, i felt no snagging or pulling on the hair! He is definitely a very experienced stylist and Id recommend him too.P.S. I got an undercut as part of the new style and its a great way to be able to wear your hair in a ponytail when u have short hair!
