No but if you adopt a pet that hasn't been, there's a refundable deposit to pay and they'll give it back to you when you do it. Also they work with Alpine Hospital in Concord and pay for it if you go through them.
No they just do adoptions. There is an amazing affordable service that used to be fix our ferals now animal fix clinic I think.
