Poor service and they don’t answer the phone for nothing!! And you can’t even leave a voicemail if I could give them a negative number I would and I’m just calling because they put in a Prescription they didn’t do it right now I have to go down to them once again super sick just to see what’s going on with my medicine smh!! DO NOT come to their urgent care!!!!

Ya…. This place was interesting. I checked in and registered when I arrived bc I’m a new patient and there’s no appointments. Waited an hour. The two people ahead of me went in expectedly. Then 3-4 more patients went in before me. I asked if this was a first come first serve place. (Some emergency places take the most urgent) The woman said yes, this is a first come first serve facility. So why are all these people behind me entering before me? Apparently they registered online so they get to go in first….? I thought there were no appointments. Thanks for nothing covered California and lifelong medical/ San Pablo. Guess this Qtip, tip, will continue living in my ear. Because I’m not waiting two hours for a doctor to oook in my ear for two seconds. It’s been 2-3 months already.I’m sure it will be fine. Thanks for not accepting in person visits Lifelong Medical. Even before this I tried to get a actual doc appointment and that was an absolute waste of time since there’s no in person visits. Thanks for the free insurance that doesn’t work CA

This place has slowly went down hill. The supporting staff is ghetto, long wait times (1.5 - 2 hrs last 2 times I went) , I only come here when i dont want to drive to Martinez or Berkeley due to this UC is literally 2 minutes from my house . Due to reasons mentioned above please let this location be ONLY LAST RESULT

Worst hospital clinic and worst doctor experience and I would never come here or recommend this place. It waisted my time and I was waiting for half hour for some nurse to come but it comes out horrible check up with doctor. Doctor was dumb didn’t know how to tell me the health condition that I was having. I was struggling with my health condition. They didn’t even do some tests like blood test or x ray. Worst customer service too and rude. Never will come back to place ever!!!!
