I went today April 21 st and the lady in the meat department was rude. (La empleada fue muy ruda) (El cajero Gabriela me ayudo pero si no le hablo yo a Gabriella no me via hablado para nada. The cashier Gabriella was not friendly at all he didn't say hello nor nothing til I said hello. I also needed bags and he charged me 10 cents for each one sure I used my EBT but I deserve my EBT since I'm not working right now after 23 yrs of working. All I'm saying is Montana's super market still sucks at service they act like the customers owe them something. If you guys need a person to teach your employees customer service I can do it I've done customer service for home Depot Safeway and yardbirds home centers and Lowe's I can teach your employees one or two things G.T.S 1.Greet all customers 1.saludar a todos los clientes 2.Thank you for shopping2.
