It is free to visit. Only open on weekdays though.
There was no charge to go into the park and walk around. For photography, check with Rangers. Also, there might be a reservation needed for large groups (weddings, birthdays, etc.) To avoid overlapping.
It's free so is parking free🙂. Great place to bring a little lunch. Bring a blanket to sit on the grass.
Be mindful that hours (as shown on the Google listing) are 9am - 330pm M-F ... closed Sat + Sun
