When is the best time to go as I'm an introvert and would rather go at a time it's not so busy

I think if you don't want to wait that long and don't want it to be busy you can get there before they open and start a line I believe they open at 3:00 pm but you can always check online and see the business hours

You can opt for the To Go option and call in ahead. It usually takes them 20mins.

Always busy ready to wait for about 45 mins to an hour.

Probably before 5pm, after that it's at least a 1 hour wait. You can also order from the Boiling Crab To-Go next door and take it home.
