NO, BUT WHEN IT'S CROWDED YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LIST.
Definitely if you want to go to the restuarant, otherwise there can be up to a 2hr wait. But for the "To go" we just walked in and took it back to our hotel. But they did have an option to sit in a nearby restuarant, if you bought drinks etc from there.
They do not take reservations. When you put your name on the list upon arrival make sure the your entire party is there by the time they call you so that you can be seated.
