Yes, there is a bar/cafe on the main floor. And there is another bar right outside the theater. Sometimes, they have an outside bar for events.
Yes, on performance nights I have seen a bar downstairs in the theater lobby, a bar in an adjacent VIP lounge and meeting places with refreshments close to the entrance and ticket booth a floor above. But I do not work for the Wallis and cannot answer officially.
