The people were all very nice. Unfortunately, no one felt it necessary to let me - or another woman who was waiting even longer than I was - that they were running quite a bit behind. I arrived early for my 10am appointment. My name was called just a couple of before 10. I was taken to a small dressing area where I was told what clothes to remove and that I should wait there. 15 minutes passed. Then 30 minutes. There wasn’t a single person around to ask. Finally, I saw someone who said she didn’t know who to ask for help because she was training. Someone else finally came by and got a supervisor. That’s the first time the other woman and I were told they were running behind. I waited 45 minutes in all. I should have been told when I checked in that they were running that far behind. Absolutely no communication.

I took my daughter in for an ultrasound and was surprised on how fast they took is in. The technician was very nice and attentive to my daughter. It was our first time going to that location and I'm happy it was a great experience for my daughter. She was nervous about the ultrasound and the technician put her at ease.The ladies at the front desk were great as well. Thanks so much

Everyone at the front desk was very nice, polite and check in was fast and easy. Lobby was clean and quiet. Appointment was on time, no delays. The technician who performed the exam was extraordinarily careful, professional and kind. Thank you

The place is nice and clean. Staff was nice and had great customer service. Overall experience was good and comfortable. I also didn’t have to wait long and was called a few minutes after appointment time.
