Simply put, Dr. Chap at Beverly Hills Cancer Center is our hero. For 20 years she has successfully guided my wife through breast cancer, from initial diagnosis through two recurrences, two courses of chemo, and three courses of radiation. We chose to drive 100 miles each way for Dr. Chap and her associated clinics and hospitals resulting in over 45,000 miles; of course many doctors are closer, but there is only one Dr. Chap. She is dedicated, knows her stuff, fun to be around, and a bedside manner that can't be beat. What's more, her staff is outstanding with a special shout-out to Monica, her medical assistant, who is always on the ball and gets us whatever we need ASAP. Do you look forward to your oncology appointments? We do! There is no doubt in my mind that my wife is alive today because of Dr. Chap. Thank you Dr. Chap!

Dr. Eli Gabayan was my doctor first at Cedars Sinai and then I followed with his new practice to the Beverly Hills Cancer Center. He is an excellent doctor who helped me live the past 11 years of my life cancer - free. The staff at any doctor's office makes mistakes and billing is nearly always a hassle anywhere, so I think they were comparable (years ago) in those areas. But Dr. Eli Gabayan was ready to treat my cancer aggressively from the start, and that, along with a boatload of prayers, have given me 11 cancer-free years, three beautiful children and a chance to live married to my wonderful husband for 9 years (and still!)...That definitely outshines any calendaring or hold time while sorting out billing issues. Thank you. UPDATE: 17 years cancer-free and counting!

Going through cancer can be like walking down a dark and ominous tunnel. The personnel and doctors here at the center have been very warm and compassionate, especially Dr. Berz and Dr. Arash Ari Gabayan, who have been working to change my diagnosis from something bleak to hopeful. Jajuane Pitts, I’m so glad to see has rejoined the front office team, always a bright light when coming in through dark days, always remembers my name and going the extra step to make sure my request for documents or contacting my doctors in a timely manner. Leaving me especially well cared for. Thank you to Beverly Hills Cancer Center and Optima Diagnostic Imaging for your continued support.

I had a very painful and difficult time after trusting Dr. Chap. I saw her for over 2 years after 4 surgeries and treatments. I was stage 2b when I arrived for her care. Getting back to some normality. She never sent me for any test even though I was high risk - the cancer was in my bloodstream. On September 3 2019, she said I was doing great and didn’t need to see her for a year. 2 weeks later I end up in emergency, not been able to move, and the cancer had spread to the spine for the past 2 years. I had emergency surgery and a painful recovery. She was called from the Hospital- she never bothered to call me. I’m now stage 4 and unable to walk. Dr chap should not be practicing Medicine. Find a real doctor and someone who cares. One start is too high As I lose everything my home business and the ability to take care of myself.
