This is their headquarters and warehouse. Its not really designed for customer access but they will accommodate you if you need your build immediately. They have fantastic customer service.
Always. Especially if you have a high end gpu, these are heavy and shipping a pc with the graphics card installed can cause issues. ALWAYS use will call for a PC when you can.
