Other than the support email address and phone number (regardless of toll free or long distance), there doesn't seem to be any other way. I called 3 times this morning and I think they are intentionally taking the phone off the hook. I've checked their website registration which is hidden; California BBB site is littered with bad comments; with everyone dealing with the Pandemic etc.. its a shame this company isn't a bit more cooperative. Hard earned dollars going to a company who obviously doesn't care.
