I would reserve about half a day.
The museum is very intricate. There are many things to see and it's a lot to digest in a short amount of time. On Fridays they have a survivor of the holocaust speak and a former white supremacist. Both of those are easily an hour or more by themselves. Depending on what you want to see, at least an 2 hours to 3 minimum.
