My roommates and I are very pleased with the assistance and help we received from Udilia Gonzalez and staff at the office. After receiving a 30 day notice at the beginning of December, cause the owner sold the property, was not fun. Udilia was very nice, was easy to communicate with and responded right away when we had questions. We are really happy in our home. Thank you! Woo! Fight on Trojans!

Cristina Campo is AWESOME. She helped me with everything I needed to secure my rental property (home) from helping me complete my application to making sure my home was ready in the time span I needed to move in. Any issues I had were quickly resolved. Thanks to her and her manager Myrtle my family and I have a beautiful house to call home. I love Ocean Properties and their commitment to excellence.

I rented from this company for about four years, I had a great 3 bedroom, older building but cool apt. I never wanted to move but a family issue out of town forced us to move. They worked with me in credit and everything

It depends on your budget and the number of bedrooms you need. The majority of their properties are 4-5 bedroom units, with the occasional 3 bedroom unit. However, prices can range from $2000-$3500 per month. They also accept Section 8.

No they don't...they only rent town houses of 5bed rooms or they might have other units but rooms i dont think so.

is the rent prices negotiable or is what their listed at their defintate price

It depends on if you are paying out of pocket or you have section 8. Owners inform OPI on what rent they expect for the property and that is what OPI aims for however if you have section 8 the owners can negotiate for more money depends on the comps in the area. It's very, very rare when an owner would take less. You're better off winning the lottery.
