There are no phones on display, to prevent theft. The guys helping customers were very helpful, but there should have been more, as it took a half hour to get helped.

Wish I could post with zero stars. Very poor customer service. I went in to return my cable boxes and downgrade my plan. The person who "helped" me initially said she could not lower my plans without buying something. How does that make sense? She said I need to add something new to my plan and buy a phone for my bill to be lower. And then proceeded to give me attitude when I told her I didn't want to add anything just change my plan. You call customer service, and they tell you to go to the nearest Spectrum location. What for? The store was empty and the rep seemed annoyed at my request. Do your job!

The worst service every. The employee VERONICA was rude, racist,lazy , and unprofessional.i can't believe such a nice store would hire people like her. I had to put my name in the computer to guarantee my space for help when she called my name my husband and I brought cable boxes , wires,remotes to be exchanged for new. When we came to the counter she had a attitude saying you have to wait now she saw us coming did it on purpose I told her we was next it's on the big TV screen look she didn't care the lady she had even said ok go in front of me the employee said no. I ask for the manager she went to the back for a while then said she is on break. The lady she helped was the same ethic background as the employee I wasn't the same. Finally another employee said I can help and was very nice. I do not recommend this location at all. Just terrible other customers were shaking their heads because they knew I was right. The only mistake I made was not talking a picture of the name screen.😠😠😠😠

Slow customer service. How do you only have 2 people working in the entire store? It shouldn't take 45 mins for me to drop off a box and remote control because no one can help. 2 employees in the store and 4 customers total in the store. 45 minutes!! Just to drop something off.
