Will they help me re-string my mandolin? Also, Do the people here have a good knowledge base of mandolins? I bought mine at guitar center and the guys knew about as much as I did(very little).

They will restring for a fee. But they will show you the way when you buy the strings.

They're able to do about anything with stringed instruments. If they for some reason can't help you with it, they know someone who can. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Sungyul Kim. I want the perspective of a client/customer. Most stores/companies will tell you their service/products are great, but it means something different when another customer that has no reason to promote them says it's worth it. Hopefully that helps with your confusion :)
