For pharmacy, optical, etc no membership. Otherwise, 55 for regular members, annually... executive membership is $110, or maybe $120 now for two people... yet the amount of money, based on percent back of most purchases... not gas, it has it's own low price... I recieve over 200 bucks back from Costco every year. So i make money shopping there.
There is a membership fee - one for general membership one for executive membership. Annual fees were recently raised so call your local store.
