I first thought "how neat! A place that buys back books, music and movies!".. I brought a good size box of mostly home decorating books and some good movies..Joe who first helped me was nice,but the other person was really kinda rude. I brought in about 16 books and 24 DVD'S. This other guy had 2 of my books and 7 of my DVD's in a stack and said he'd take them for $2.00!..Naw..I almost laughed. I wasn't told it has to be newer items. He said because my stuff was older. I had them neatly in a box while this kid piled my books on top of the movies high..I guess you have to have newer video games. or popular things to sell here. They do have a good clearance area, but I'll never go back. Young 20 somethings working go figure.

Half Price Books is the best bookstore! The concept of having people sell their books and reselling them is such a wonderful way to be sustainable and eco-friendly, and you certainly can’t beat the prices. I’ll get my books from here over Amazon any day! So grateful they were able to reopen in such a beautiful new location!

This is honestly my favorite place to be. The staff are always so incredibly helpful and warm, and there's always a wonderful selection of books; some of the things you can find here are just amazing. I hope it's here for a very long time!

Yes! There are special markers on the flooring to indicate 6ft social distancing, sanitizer available and limited shoppers allowed at a time in the store.

Yes, there's a small selection in non-fiction. If you want a specific title you can call to ask if they have it.
They open until 11pm and a Kool , Kool place i lived. a block away from the store whenever I am bore that's where I'll be reading I did stop buying i read there and leave once I'm done
