Red wings are overrated in my opinion. They're not very comfortable and it cost extra for the good insoles. I stick with thorogood, way more comfortable and they include very nice insoles. I did bring my thorogoods in to get tuff toe put on at the red wing store. $40 installed and they did a really good job but took 3 days.

Decent place, workers seemed nice and helpful. Best to do your research online and see what you want. Do measure your foot size[offered by the employees] to guarantee a comfortable fit.
