I had a very positive experience with Harbor Appliance Repair yesterday. I called for an appointment in the morning and my dryer was fixed by mid-afternoon. Raphael was the service technician who performed the work and he was great; very efficient, polite, knowledgable, and prompt. The price was very reasonable. Rafael came to work on my broken Whirlpool dishwasher. He is a quiet, introspective guy, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly (broken motor). He showed me the cost of a new motor plus the service fee, and the best option for me was to simply purchase a new dishwasher. Rafael found another quality Whirlpool dishwasher for me at his store that was at least 10% less than the same model at Home Depot or Lowes (and they were having a Memorial Day sale). It was delivered and installed within a few hours on the same day. I was very happy with the price and fast resolution to the matter.
