Theres no sledding this season vision Mountain High Ski Resort and they will explain the conditions of the mountains that offer what you want to do with sledding currently the mountain is closed for sledding
Probably not soon. They don't let you sled in the resort area
Try tubing at Big Bear or Mr. Baldy. There isn't much natural snow outside of Mountain High resort area. Skiing and snowboarding are your best bets for Mountain High
