there's a window of leeway, I believe its 30min from the time you buy your pass to do a couple runs scope conditions, and say it's to slushy, icey ect... you can go back an get a refund no problem, but after that grace period your basically s.o.l. bud sorry to say but you can oways try to plead your case., best of luck 🤙
