Are people so ignorant that they can't tell this a customer review not there website. I am tired of being asked for help when you need to call there district maneger.
Call Customer Service and if you have your order number that will help them research the problem. I purchased a security door from Lowe's also and they were very helpful throughout the entire process
Go in with your proof of payment and ask for the General manager. Let him know the situation and they will correct it for you and most likely give you a discount for the inconvenience.
