They are open, but only by appointment. I was able to drive over to the office, use the QR code on the sign that is posted on the sign outside , which took me exactly where I needed to schedule the appointment. The security guard and the supervisor were very helpful.while I was standing there completing the form , several people came up and we're desperate for on the spot service. The office was cool and clean. Appointments were scheduled for two weeks out... I got lucky, someone cancelled their appointment and I was able to get helped within 2 days. I appreciated that this office was quick, professional and efficient. I was appreciating that there was not a line out the door where you spend hours in line( like in Lynnwood and Van Nuys). Thank you to the supervisor and security guard for their patience and support

I’m not able to make an in person appointment for my babies birth certificate..it’s unbelievable Update: I already got the birth certificate it took a long time I suggest go to their website create and account and every single morning, afternoon and night check the calendar for open appointments. Just keep checking don’t give up eventually you’ll find an open spot and get it quickly!!!! They will send you a gmail when it gets confirm. Good luck ❤️

Clean, efficient, and surprisingly friendly. Drove up from Santa Clarita, and way better experience than going to Van Nuys.

Absolutely horrible. The employees here were so disgusting. They didn't even let me ask questions. The security guard treated me like I was horrible for taking their time. I have been trying to make an appointment online, have called their main office to get an appointment, and have done the application online, but I am seen as the ignorant one for asking questions about their system which clearly does not work. They pride themselves in humiliating people. There was no one else in line, no one was doing their job, and no one at the windows. The security guard yelled in my face and yelled and me to read their sign to make an appointment. The people at the desks just stood up and looked at what was going on because he was loud but didn't say anything. I had to disclose my personal business to the security guard who is an outside contractor just to get a copy of my own document. Do not come here!
