Scheduled a bulk pick up for a loveseat and mattress was told would be picked up the next week (I was very happy and surprised with how fast). 2 weeks later items still sitting there. Called again scheduled another pick up, loveseat was picked up mattress left behind. Called again mattress wasn't picked up because not in plastic . Bought a mattress bag, wrapped it up and Scheduled another pick up. They still didn't pick up.

Ordered the big Dumpster. Representative made a mistake and put the delivery date the same as the pickup date even though we paid over $540. Called on delivery date and was informed of the error. Was told if it didn't show up by 5 it would be there first thing in the morning. At 10:30 called and informed would be there by 11am. At 12 called again and after speaking to 3 different people was told it would be there between 3 and 4. Asked to speak to a supervisor. The solution was to still be later but tack on 3 days at the end with no charge. It is important that the left hand knows what the right hand is doing by getting their act together. Yes everyone is nice on the phone but the back operation needs to get on board.

Great service. Love the app, it's a must for schedules. Always attentive when I call. The only issue I have is the bins for trash and recycling always seem to have their lids cracked at the pivot points. But as long as the service remains great then it will work. I've never had a issue getting a replacement.

I appreciate all the work these workers do. I have never had a problem at all. They leave my property clean, picked up broken trash cans quickly and even the big bulky items that I've called to get picked up for trash. The only reason I give them a 4-star is because bills are high rocketing. For retired people like both my husband and I, it's difficult due to not being able to pay high rates.

Yes, you can, however you need to call waste management so they can let the collectors know to pick those up too.

Because that's the minimum for a tonne, they doesn't matter how much trash you going to dump they always going to charge minimum that is $76, don't believe me that's what I know

Yes, your trash will be weighed on a scale and you will be charged a fee at the window. Then, you will be directed on where to go to dispose it.
