Not very stroller-friendly. There is a flat trail in the middle but it's often muddy or too bumpy for a stroller. Debs park is nearby and better for lil kiddos.
Not really they only have a few strengths areas most of them are up and down hills and the majority is dirt
I wouldn't think so, it's mostly dirt trails, and some routes can be a steep incline/decline.
I haven't seen anyone with a stroller hiking at Ascot.
Gets a bit steep in areas.
