Yes you can but I wouldn't recommend Menifee Lakes. Im a resident here. To begin with you need to show fishing license or resident pass. Theres been some kind of poison and/or toxic gases in the water that killed most of the ducks and fish a couple years ago. The lake waters were never properly treated to eliminate this problem, fishes die daily. The Menifee Lakes and HOA authorities are very tight lipped about it and deny it.
