1. Common area upkeep and refurbishment which includes homeowner's front yards and street landscaping, paseo walls, and the community center and courts, pool, spa. Management staff, security staffing. Water, power, and trash pickup for community center. Reserves and insurance for common areas. It's all in the annual budget available to homeowners.
