This place is horrible they have excuses for everything I wanted a full detail and when I went to pick my truck up it was definitely not a full detail there was still hair everywhere and my fender well was not cleaned and the told me they don’t do that and we’re really rude about it don’t recommend this place!!!

This used to be a good place to get your car washed but have since gone down hill. I have used them multiple times on all of my vehicles. They miss a lot of spots washing and vacuuming now because they are too rushed and don’t ribose quality work anymore for the higher prices now. I have to rewash/wipe my car again when I get home down the road from the missed spots and over use of tire shine that gets the car dirty again. And when you point out the missed spots and shabby work the workers get an attitude with you and are unprofessional. In a same setting I asked about a detail price and length and in the same moment was told a 3 hour waiting for an interior detail and then again to confirm time the lady said 5 hours which I am assuming to detour me from buying the detail. This place needs some new management and more workers to help keep the cars looking clean and common courtesy to customers. I may only take my commuter cars here for wash’s now since they are older cars with older paint that doesn’t matter much. So if you have a high end car or classic or even brand new I wouldn’t have it washed here until they fix their services and management.

😎 I was so surprised on the detail of vacuuming and interior cleaning that they provide also hand drying outside and windows. And I didn't have to do anything🤗 Good Old Fashion Customer Service and Quality Work. The way it should be! Good Job Menifee Car Wash 🤩

I stopped to have my car washed...regular car was...$17.95 + tip. I won't stop again. I'll go across the street or down to Murrieta, half the cost, yes, I'll have to clean inside myself but I need to do much myself anyway. I didn't look close enough before leaving wash, trusted it was done. he back seat floor mats in pile, I had place in place myself. I had to wipe down back seat. The bottom area of doors were not wiped inside, I had to clean them. The wheel wells and my mud flaps looked like no water touched them. I'll have to go out and wash them myself I also had to wipe the mirrors off. All in all, not worth the money. From a distance, outside looks good. It's a 2020 vehicle. And they have never contacted me to make it "right" after I posted.
